For most types of patches, the minimum order is 50 pieces per design. This is due to production-related reasons.

One exception is laser-cut patches, where the minimum order is 10 pieces per design. Note that laser-cut patches require a single motif and only two colors. Laser-cut patches are less robust if bent or exposed to wear. Laser-cut patches are also somewhat more expensive per piece.

It depends on the desired result and should be considered for each individual motif. We most often recommend woven patches, especially because they are robust and can be made with very detailed motifs and many colors.

Embroidered patches are an alternative, but here there are some limitations on the level of detail for the motif.

PVC patches, i.e. patches molded in soft rubber, are an alternative if you want a 3D effect on the motif. For these types, the minimum quantity is 50 pieces per design.

For very simple, small patches and callsigns, laser-cut patches are suitable. Here the minimum quantity is 10 pieces.

Delivery time is usually around six weeks from order/payment.

For the patch or coin to be ready for production, the design must be in vector format, such as svg, pdf and ai file formats. We can convert jpg and png image files to vector graphics, but this requires a high resolution of the source file and may give varying results. We prefer ready-made graphics in svg file format.

The price depends on the type, quantity, size and whether the graphics need adjustments to be made ready for production. It is therefore difficult to quote prices without knowing these details about the patch.

Payment is usually made when ordering via invoice, but for smaller orders payment can be made via the online store.
